User Account Application

You are applying for a new user account for the Simple Sports Pool site. There is no charge for the account, unless you decide to activate a player and participate in one of the pools.

Please fill out all sections of the form before submitting it. Once submitted, the system will perform some checks before recording the application. When the checks are completed and the application is stored, you will be sent an email message with a validation code to complete the registration.

For your email address, please ensure that you can receive email from pool_robot@rsds.ca by adding the address to your email contacts list, and to your spam / junk email exceptions whitelist.

User ID:

Unique ID for logging into the system.  Minimum 3 characters.  Maximum 16 characters.  No spaces allowed. Must start with a letter and contain only numbers, letters (upper and lower case), period (.), hyphen (-), and underscore (_).
 

Password:

Password must be between 6 and 32 characters in length, containing only numbers, letters (upper and lower case), and any of the special characters '!', '@', '#', '$', '%', '^', '&', '{', '}', '(', ')', '[', ']', '+', '-', '_', '=', period and apostrophe.

Your real name to be used for issuing cheques for winnings.
 

Player Name:

Name to display in public reports.  Minimum 3 characters.  Maximum 30 characters.  Must start with a letter and contain only numbers, letters (upper and lower case), spaces, and any of the special characters '!', '@', '#', '$', '%', '^', '&', '{', '}', '(', ')', '[', ']', '+', '-', '_', '=', period and apostrophe.
 

Email:

Primary email address used for all validations, and payment for winnings when the electronic payments option is selected.
